It was a short break for me before i start work again next monday.So yesterday me and Mr.E have decided to have our little adventure together. We went across another state just to have a great coffee time and bread toasts! Its a day roadtrip-sounds insane right?but that's what an 'adventure' suppose to be! :D

The shop is actually located at the kluang railway station itself.That's how they've gotten their name from..."Kluang Rail Coffee":) They've got so famous and were franchised all over especially in KL, they have also one franchise here in my hometown Malacca-but it is sad to say that the originality of the taste is gone:( The real original Kluang Rail Coffee shop is so much better plus with the real environment where actual trains past you by:)

Im going back to KL this Sunday to prepare myself for work...hurmph~ 1 week break is definitely not enough! Probably this is gonna be my last post for this year. I hope i get to update more frequently as i have so much things to share.But my next entry would be a while as i didnt have proper internet connection back in kl. So please do keep in touch with me via fb and twitter (i can connect these via phone). For those who haven't added me yet, you are welcome to do so...i would love to hear from all of you more in 2011 (get out from the closet gorgeous! we could manage a blogger meet up one day! i would really2 love to do so). My wish for 2011: though i know its gonna be a challenging sucky year for me, but with God bless i hope i could go through it all.

As irony as it sounds i dont have new year resolutions and i dont believe in it...cuz for me if you want something to get it done you can get it done now, if u feel like u want to change yourself to be a better person the next day,you could take that spirit and change on the next day itself.You dont have to wait for a year to do so:) But i believe in wish(doa) and prayers so i wish and pray for all of you the best of 2011! Be a good daughter/son, a good friend and a good person as a whole, always be greatful with what you have and remember Him in everything you do:) Happy New Year everyone! Not that this post is by Lauren Conrad, it is still wholeheartedly from a small town girl:me. Just i think that the title might help in getting to intro the women that im going to rant about in this post.But Im sure you guys no need the introduction of who Lauren Conrad is. She made her name thru successful reality tv show of Laguna Beach and especially who wouldn't know the famous show The Hills on MTV channel.Not only that, she's also a successful author of L.A Candy series, and recently she just released a book called 'Style'.Obviously its a guide book on style and fashion!! (super love!!)

Frankly speaking, been a fan of her since The Hills show aired on MTV. She's much more outstanding in that show compared to Laguna Beach. And not forgetting her friend from The Hills show Whitney Port, a big fan of her as well and she got her own series now The City which i truly loves. I totally adored and admired both them...not just on how the way they dressed but also the confidence and how they carry themselves as a beautiful women inside and out.

I found that i can adapt to their style instantly, since i have a sense of style which is simple and practical and this is the reason why i make them as one among of my favourite fashionista people.And if you want to dress yourself as the 'sweet and charming look' on a certain day, 'edgy' or 'glamorous' on another day, they still can pull it off too which is great for your reference when you have certain occasions that you have to attend or when you're in the mood to dress up out of the ordinary instead of the usual simplicity that u wore (jeans&top).

I cant help to get myself a copy of Lauren Conrad 'Style' book and thank god that i managed to. So here's a few of sneak peak thru the flippin' pages that i shot.

Technically speaking last saturday night i went to berbuka puasa-ing with my girlfriends at Tony Roma's the curve.Chit chatting, gossiping,rantings about life and whats new&latest bout each other.The night is filled with surprises..one of 'em had jump into a part time modeling carrier and planned to leave her current firm to a new firm, another just started to work in a well known firm owned by the current Minister of Women, and another good friend of mine who also happens to be my ex-colleague for a brief while had just started her passionate carrier in SUHAKAM (stands for Suruhanjaya Hak Asasi Malaysia-the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia). Wow~ my brain is still trying to digest these news all at once.Deep in my heart i was soo proud of my girls success and what they had achieved in life.Time does flies with a blink of an eye.I wish all these young aspiring lawyers the best of luck.And as for me..there's nuthin much to say, just the same old ordinary me:) My work is almost come to an end as i decided not to extend my terms here, and there's a BIG decision that i have to make for my next move.Hope He will show me the way, what's best for me.In a mean time i'll keep praying and with a bit of luck i hope everything will goes well...

After a looonggg conversations and jokes that we cracked up, we headed to IKEA. I bought a plant to replace my dead one that was lacking of love and care:( i should have buy 2 as both of my plants were dead,so i still have one small empty pot still waiting to be filled.With that, we ended the night and said our goodbyes.

Last Saturday I had my 'sweet tooth craving calls'. Hence i decided to drop by at Cupcake Chic with Mr.E tagging along.Before filling myself with sugar frosting, we did managed to walk around in shopping malls .I was quite frustrated cuz there’s sales frenzy everywhere(am broke), but as soon as my teeth sunk in to those delectable cupcakes, I was SUGAR-HIGH-FLYING and I could see colours of RAINBOWS once again! >.<

Cupcakes can really do magic and wonders!Dont u guys think so?

A trip to BANDUNG



On July 24th i went to Bandung Indonesia for a Holiday. I took 2 days leave from work and back to my homeland on 27th so altogether its a 4 days holiday. Though it was such a short holiday, it was a great experience for me as the place is well known for its 'shopping heaven' to those shopaholic out there, where else compared to Bali, it was more famous for lovebirds&honey-mooners.

Being here in Bandung makes me feel soo at ease as people here is nuthin much different to the people back in my homeland as we came from the same origin. Our langguage is only slightly different but pretty much the same. The people there is super friendly and in terms of food, it was a great pleasure for me to try their delicious delicacies such as Nasi Padang@Simpang Raya and Masakan Sunda@Sambara.

For shopping destination i went to Jalan Dago and Jalan Riau which fills with fashion houses all along the street and corners. While for specific handbags and jeans i have to go to another location. Besides that I even dropped by at their famous bakery shop called Kartika Sari which is famous for their different types of brownies, bolen pisang, muffins, cakes and other yummylicious confectioneries.(just got to know that Kartika Sari was listed in the 'lonely planet' must visit place in Bandung!wow the Bandung ppl must be so proud.)

Too busy shopping for myself and for the people back home, i forgot to snap proper pics :( hence that explains the lack of photos (or almost none).

White Clear Blue Sky

Heading out for a buffet dinner. Nothing fancy,but as simple as the white clear blue sky. Thought of wearing a tinge of blue (the clincher) over a white shirt and a tinge of purple (the shoes) along with the light blue jeans (soo light that it looks almost white). A thing about me was I love to mix and play with colours in dressing up, although at times im usually ending up wearing monotonous colours (black,grey,white) which i never intend to. The masterpiece of this whole outfit here was that vintage bag, which gives the whole outfit a kick! This time around im experimenting with the vintage piece+casual wear.I know that the vintage flowery bag will look good on the whole plain outfit...
Soon after dinner, meeting some friends to passed the butterfly clincher that one of 'em bought frm urbanlolita collection. Thanx Mel!

Yellow & Gold

Having dinner with family at the golf course resort which was dad's fav place to filled his free time. The sun is almost set when we arrived. The buffet was held at the balcony facing the broad golf course area surrounded by trees and plants all around. As i look over the balcony enjoying the sight, the sense of tranquility embraced me. I wish i could stay a bit longer...lay on the grass watching the spreading stars sparkle on the dark blue sky.

Happy Ramadhan (late) wishes people!=) Times passing by so fast...its been a week now that all the Muslims have been fasting for the special holy month of Ramadhan. 3 more weeks to bare and we'll be celebrating Eid soon.

This Sunday i am going for my second interview and am soo nervous! =s So pls do, wish me luck!;) Later that night will be going for dinner (berbuka puase) with a bunch of people and loved one...hope my interview goes well so i will go crazy and stuff up myself with the food! >.< Anyway Happy Friday everyone!

Out of the Box

Instead of dressing like princesses and prom queens for your prom and formal dinner, i like this idea and concept by "Your Prom" magazine which is so unique and out of the box. Ooooh just look at how the girl works her oxford shoes with the dress. Brilliant!

Usually we sees guys wearing their fedora to prom and formal dinner, but maybe you can mark the difference by wearing one to the occasion ;)

While the big bow is just adorable! Perhaps we can do hair bow like lady gaga!hehe.

The girl in the RED dress!

I quote the famous line "the girl in the green scarf" from Confessions of a Shopaholic movie and make it my own buzz line "the girl in the red dress". Yes im wearing chilli hot red! I was delightful with the choice of colour as if it shouts out loud "hey im here!" =D

I decided to break the tradition by wearing a coat/blazer instead of a shawl. At first i was contemplating as im afraid that it wont be appropriate for a formal event. The look is much more suitable for a night out chilling with friends or having a party at the bar but i was quite surprised with the result. I LOVE IT! Its so GG style. Like S and little J wore their long blazer and biker's jacket over their dress.

Some of the highlights of the night...the rest i will upload it in my FB. There's too many photos captured till my camera running out of memory.

I wrote my heartfelt moments of joys, laughters, sadness and tears of the night (here) .

A preview...

A sneak peak for the event tomorrow. Dont get me wrong, im not changing dresses perhour! Some of the stuffs i loan it to my girls and that explains the variety of colours u see here. We're not dressing glamourous this year...we already did last year. This time around we're going to go for 'simple and just nice' theme.
