Its not to late to wish everyone a very HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012! How's January been treating you lately?I hope everything goes well and smooth for all of you as a kickstart of 2012.

For me, life's been superfast! The kickstart of my year was like a rocket! Career wise, too many transition in a month that had freaked me out. This is the time when i needed my friends the most..thanx for those who had been there for me, advising me and just be a good listener to me. When its too much for you too handle and you feel like you are crumbling down..reach out for somebody. It really helps.

For a start, I had finished my course in October and moved to another firm working as a Legal Associate since November. However im still waiting for my 'admission to the bar' as an advocates & solicitors this upcoming 13 Feb (Hope everything goes smoothly). I learned a lot compared to my courses previously, and i am still in the mode of adjusting and adapting myself with the new environment when i received a news that i had to be transfer to another newly open branch for myself to handle this month. Instead of feeling flattered, i felt that this is way too much for me to handle. Not only that im still new, but dont you think that to handle a branch you need more skills and years of experiences. And im lacking both of it...hmm...

Anyway, i heard it was a Dragon year for 2012 according to the Chinese culture, and it has been considered one of the luckiest signs of the zodiac. I tried to look up for more meaning of the Dragon year: "The year of the dragon is traditionally associated with new beginnings and good fortune.Generally, it's predicted that any new venture may benefit from the outstanding luck often associated with the dragon. Therefore, 2012 will be a very good year to get married, have children, or start a new business."

Now i understand why my boss (a Chinese himself) had transferred me to a new branch and had open up another TWO new branch elsewhere, sums up altogether FOUR branches will be up and running this year after the CNY! This tremendous move made by him had of course effected me *rolled eyes*. Hmm i hope its for the better, although im a bit scared with this changes as im still new in this field. As all of you know, i dont really like practicing..to the core of hating it. I just hope one day, i will be able to do something else and do something that im really passionate about.

Getting married? insya-Allah..but not anytime soon:) I have 12 to 15 months to get ready..will be busy planning that one too through out this year.

Oh well, i guess i have to stop here before i ramble more. To that i bid my Farewell to 2011 and Welcome the year of 2012!
